What you need to know

• Parker/Castle Rock/Franktown: Rate starts at $50 (includes time, travel, and up to two documents)

• Elizabeth/Kiowa/Larkspur/Lone Tree/Highlands Ranch/Centennial/Englewood: Rate starts at $60 (includes time, travel, and up to two documents)

• Littleton/Aurora: Rate starts at $70 (includes time, travel, and up to 2 documents)

• Outside normal service area: Cost will be calculated based on round trip mileage at current IRS rate plus time for travel plus notarizations. Please call, text, or email for detailed no-obligation quote.

• Additional document (after first two) - $10

• Witnesses can be provided $25/each

• Printing and scanning - Complimentary! (Up to 15 pages, $0.10 per additional page)

Be sure to have the following items when I arrive at the meeting:

• The document to be notarized - will usually have the pre-printed notarial certificate below your signature.  If your document does not have a certificate, I recommend contacting the receiver of the document to determine which type of notarization is needed.  The notary cannot legally advise which type is needed.  
• If your document requires a witness signature as well, please arrange to have witness(es) present during appointment.  Witnesses may be required to present valid identification.
• Note: Many documents must be signed in the presence of the notary.  Please do not pre-sign documents prior to appointment.
• Current drivers license or state-issued identification card, Passport, or military ID are preferred forms of ID.
